The stars of the scene help out at the second Sonic Cathedral...

An all-star cast of DJs has been announced for LONDON’s shoegazing revival night SONIC CATHEDRAL.

As previously announced, hotly tipped nu-gazers Engineers will be playing at the club, which takes place at The Legion, 348 Old Street, London, EC1 on Thursday (February 24). They will be joined on the decks by Sonic Boom, formerly of legendary drone rockers Spacemen 3, and two “surprise guests” who NME.COM can reveal are Emma Anderson, formerly of Lush and now of Sing-Sing, and Russell Barrett of original early-’90s shoegazers Chapterhouse.

Engineers will be previewing tracks from their self-titled debut album, which is released on March 7. Meanwhile Sing-Sing will be releasing their new album, ‘Sing-Sing And I’, later this year.
