A SOPHIE ELLIS-BEXTOR fan has been fined under for playing her recent single ‘TAKE ME HOME’ too loud, too often.
Susan Smith played the song so loud her neighbour couldn’t hear her own TV – and complained 44 times. Smith was charged with breaking a noise abatement order eight times, but even after appearing in court she continued playing ‘Take Me Home’ at ear-splitting volume.
Smith’s hi-fi was eventually confiscated from her home in Fareham, Hants, according to reports in today’s Sun newspaper (October 3). Smith was fined £480 and ordered to pay £150 costs.
