An actress from TV’s ‘THE SOPRANOS’ is aiming to become the new JENNIFER LOPEZ, NME.COM can reveal.
Twenty-year-old Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who plays Tony Soprano’s daughter Meadow, is launching a pop career and even admits to an obsession with Lopez. Her debut album is also tipped to have a song called ‘Bada Bing’ – a reference to the strip club in ‘The Sopranos’. Another track is titled ‘Cry Baby’.
“I am obsessed with Jennifer Lopez, so everyone calls me ‘J Lynn’,” said Sigler, who added: “I listen to everything from rap, to pop, to Aretha Franklin and Whitney Houston. I’m half-Cuban, so it’s got a Latin flavour. I’m working with all kinds of producers.”
