"I don't know if I should've said that"
The iconic pop group recently confirmed that “the time feels right to explore some incredible new opportunities together”.
Earlier this week, Geri Horner (aka Ginger Spice) said that the group are considering “all possibilities” for their reunion.
Now, appearing on US talk show The Real, Mel B (Scary Spice) claimed that she was attending the upcoming royal wedding along with her four bandmates.
“I don’t know if I should’ve said that,” she said, revealing that the wedding invitation was “proper”.
Mel B then hinted that the group would perform at the reception, before adding: “I need to go. I’m going to be fired.”
Kensington Palace has not commented on the claims.
All five members of the girl group met up this month (February 2) to reportedly discuss reuniting for the first time since 2012.
The band are believed to have talked about working on a series of upcoming projects, including TV shows, endorsements, and a greatest hits compilation.
