The city attempts to return to some semblance of normality following recent events - and there's a lot of heavyweight acts heading towards the Big Apple this autumn...

As NEW YORK attempts to work towards some semblance of normality following last week’s attacks, a number of big name acts, including SPIRITUALIZED, JAY-Z, BJORK, THE STROKES and TRAVIS have confirmed live shows in the city over the coming days and weeks.

A number of other acts such as Nick Nick Cave, Sigur Ros, Orbital, Basement Jaxx

and Ryan Adams are also provisionally booked. A huge number of shows and tours were postponed or cancelled during the period of uncertainty and fear in the immediate aftermath of the terrorist strikes.

Jay-Z – Hammerstein Ballroom (September 22)

Travis – Radio City Music Hall (October 3)

Bjork – Radio City Music Hall (October 4)

Spiritualized – Carnegie Hall (October 25)

The Strokes – Hammerstein Ballroom (October 31)
