Spotify to launch service offering unlimited downloads?

For a monthly fee you can download any number of tracks from the service

Spotify is rumoured to be launching a new premium service that will allow users to download and keep as many tracks as they want from the music application.

Users who opt to pay a monthly fee of £9.99 will be given access to Spotify‘s entire catalogue under the agreement, according to Brandrepublic.com.

The deal means they will be able to download high quality MP3’s of every available track on the service.

Spotify‘s chief executive Daniel Ek also confirmed that the application is planning to launch a mobile service in the UK this summer. If the plan goes ahead, it would allow users to download playlists and tracks direct to their mobile phones.
