The Welsh rockers announce their second US tour of the year...

STEREOPHONICS have confirmed details of a North American tour for the autumn, NME.COM can reveal.

The band’s US publicist said that they will play six large club dates in September in support of their third, recently certified double-platinum album ‘Just Enough Education To Perform’.

The band were forced to cancel 12 dates in North America in May, because singer Kelly Jones fell ill.

It marks a return trip for the Welsh trio, who toured North America playing an acoustic set in February, and have spent the summer touring European festivals, including their own two headline ‘Day At The Races’ events in Donington and Cardiff in July.

The US dates are:
