NME.COM can reveal that the band's official history will be released around the same time as new album 'JEEP'...

A book charting the career of STEREOPHONICS is to be published in March, NME.COM can reveal.

Entitled ‘JEEP – Just Enough Evidence To Print’, the book charts the band’s career to date, from their formation in 1996 to the completion of forthcoming album ‘JEEP’, which is released in spring through V2.

The biography, published on March 29, is written by BBC Radio 1 journalist Danny O’Connor, who is a friend of the band.

As previously reported on NME.COM, Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones is planning to take his solo tour stateside in the New Year. Jones has booked a series of dates at mid sized clubs where he will be joined by Stereophonics bassist Richard Jones, Scott James on guitar and Tony Kirkham on keyboards.
