The b-sides of new single 'She's In Fashion' and the split that never was...

Suede‘s new single ‘She’s In Fashion’ – released on June 14 – will feature new songs, not included on their number one album ‘Head Music’.

Available in three formats, CD1 features a new Anderson/Oakes rocker called ‘Bored’ and a Brett Anderson tune called ‘Pieces Of My Mind’.

CD2 is backed with the Anderson/Codling song ‘Jubilee’ and Brett‘s ‘God’s Gift’. The cassette is backed with a demo of the ‘Head Music’ ballad ‘Down’.

Meanwhile, Suede‘s press office have issued a statement to quash rumours floating around last week to the effect that Suede had split after Neil Codling failed to play European shows last week.

Neil fell ill last week, just before the band were due to leave for Madrid,” the statement read. “Rather than cancel the gig, the band decided to go ahead and play the Madrid and Paris shows with Alex from Strangelove as a last minute stand-in, to allow Neil some rest in time for the show at Shepherd’s Bush. Alex, a long term friend of the band, had previously played with Suede last month when Neil was unable to play an MTV show in Milan.”
