The band take a break from recording their sixth album to head out on their second North American tour of 2002...

SUPER FURRY ANIMALS, who are currently working on their sixth studio album, are to take a break to go on their second North American tour of the year.

The autumn shows follow their sold-out jaunt across the States this spring. The band will also play the Benecassim festival in Spain on Saturday (August 3). These shows, all performed in surround sound, will be the last Super Furry Animals

live dates anywhere in the world until 2003. The group plan to complete their album on their return, with a release date pencilled in for early 2003.
