Swim Deep have been announced as the headline act for NME‘s summer party.

NME Sounds Of The Summer with Austin, Texas will conclude the NME Awards 2015 season on June 19 at London Fields Brewery in east London. At the free show, Swim Deep will be joined on the bill by two Austin, Texas natives: garage-poppers Warm Soda and visceral punk outfit OBN III.

Mike Williams, NME Editor, says “What better way to end this year’s alliance with the live music capital of the world than to bring Austin, Texas to London for a must-see, one-off gig? Both OBN IIIs and Warm Soda illustrate what’s so brilliant about Austin music, while our very own Swim Deep are one of Britain’s most popular new bands.”

The NME Awards 2015 with Austin, Texas kicked off with Kasabian performing at its launch party, followed by the 2015 awards ceremony itself and the annual NME Awards tour, which featured Palma Violets, Fat White Family and more.
