The Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood struggles to sell his art – Tabloid Hell

Guitarist can't find any buyers for his doodles

The Rolling StonesRonnie Wood is struggling to sell his paintings.

The guitarist has been selling his artwork on eBay, but no one seems to want to buy.

The most recent picture put up for sale by Wood is a limited-edition portrait of The Faces – the group Wood was in with Rod Stewart before he joined the The Rolling Stones.

According to ‘The Independent’, Wood even popped up a plug to the sale on his MySpace page. “We had such a great reaction from the last listing but it ended too quickly!” he wrote. “So here it is again: your chance to snap up a real Ronnie print framed and ready to be hung, featuring your favourite rocker and his pal Rod.”

But the appeal didn’t seem to aid the sale. The painting had a reserve price of £1,300, but only attracted five bidders and a price of £511.
