Band share teaser video for their next tour.
The 1975 have said their next tour will feature the band’s biggest headline show to date. But the band are refusing to say what the venue is.
Following the release in February of their second album ‘I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It’, the band will go on what they say will be their biggest tour of the UK in December. A teaser trailer for the tour can be seen below.
But the band haven’t yet disclosed what the venues will be. A statement said: “The 1975 will play their biggest UK headline show to date. The show will form part of a series of concerts that will be toured worldwide, with expanded visuals and a brand new setlist, including songs that have never been played live. The 1975’s constantly evolving performance will fuse art and technology to create a unique live experience.”
It’s assumed the headline date will be at a London arena, presumably Alexandra Palace, Wembley Arena or the O2.
Before then, The 1975 will play a series of festival shows. They’re on the Other Stage of Glastonbury on June 25, third before Chvrches and New Order, before hitting T In The Park in July, Reading And Leeds in August and supporting Calvin Harris at Wireless in July.
