The 1975 announce debut album details

Plus; full headline tour in September confirmed

The 1975 have announced details of their debut album as well as a headline tour to take place in September.

The band will release their self titled debut on September 9 having finished recording with Arctic Monkeys collaborator Mike Crossey. A new single titled ‘The City’ will be released in May and the band will tour in September following the release of the album. The full tour includes previously sold out dates at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire and The Ritz in Manchester.

The 1975 have also announced details of two huge shows in January 2014. The band will headline London’s Brixton Academy on Saturday, January 11 after playing at Manchester Academy on January 8.
