THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS’ next album is to be called ‘CHEMICAL FOUR’, NME.COM can reveal.
Speaking exclusively to NME.COM at their gig supporting U2 in New York last week (December 5), Chemical Brother Ed Simons added that although none of the tracks are finished just yet, fans should expect “a lot of percussion” on what will be the band’s fourth full-length LP. It is due out sometime next year through Freestyle Dust/Virgin.
Simons and his Chemical Brother Tom Rowlands also played an intimate club gig in New York at the city’s Centro-Fly nightspot at the weekend. Ed said it was because of that gig that they landed the prestigious U2 support slot.
