Electric Proms show features very special guests

The Chemical Brothers played an intimate set tonight (October 25) featuring a number of special guests, as part of the BBC Electric Proms season at KOKO in London.

During their encore, the band were joined by Tim Burgess for a version of ‘The Boxer’.

Meanwhile, Beth Orton strapped on an acoustic guitar and played and sang along to ‘Where Do I Begin’.

Despite rumours, the likes of Willy Mason, Noel Gallagher and Ali Love all failed to appear on stage with the band.

Earlier, Justice played a frantic set.

The duo of Gaspard Auge and Xavier De Rosnay played behind a DJ booth in front of a huge illuminated cross.

During their set the biggest cheer came for their remix of Simian‘s ‘Never Be Alone’, ‘We Are Your Friends’.
