Johnny Marr joined The Cribs on the Manchester leg of the Shockwaves NME Tour at the weekend, playing The Smiths‘Panic’ plus the Wakefield trio’s ‘I’m A Realist’ as part of the band’s headline set.

On the NME Office Blog now we’ve got live video footage of Marr and the band having a quick jam in their dressing room before the gig at Manchester Academy.

The clip sees Marr and Ryan Jarman playing guitar together, while drummer Ross Jarman can be heard in the background tapping his drumsticks to play along.
