Bat For Lashes covers The Cure on new tribute

Bat For Lashes and Dandy Warhols are among the bands covering The Cure on a forthcoming tribute album.

‘Perfect As Cats: A Tribute To The Cure’ is due out worldwide on October 28 and also features Cure covers by Army Navy, Hecuba, Voyager One and Kaki King.

The album features 32 tracks and will be released as a limited-edition double CD that includes extensive liner notes, as well is in digital formats.

Sales of the album will benefit Invisible Children, a charity that helps the impoverished children of Northern Uganda.
