Weekend tickets for the CARLING WEEKEND: READING festival have now sold out.

Day tickets for the event are still available as are both weekend and day tickets for the Leeds festival.

As previously reported on NME.COM, Graham Coxon has been confirmed to headline the Radio 1 stage at the festival on Friday night in Reading and Saturday night in Leeds, the same time The Darkness will be playing on the Main Stage.


Von Bondies have also been added to the bill, but organisers have been careful to put them on a different day AND stage to headliners White Stripes following the Jack/Jason brawl last year.

Also confirmed are Green Day, 50 Cent, The Offspring, Ash, Franz Ferdinand, Hives, Lostprophets, Streets, Vines and Hundred Reasons.

Other recently announced appearances include [/a], [a], Funeral For A Friend, Jurassic 5 and Placebo.

This year’s festival takes place over their weekend of August 27-29 at Richfield Avenue, Reading and Bramham Park, Wetherby, West Yorkshire.
