Jack White’s Dead Weather announce North American tour

Outing will kick off June 11 in Louisville

The Dead Weather, Jack White’s side-project with Alison Mosshart of The Kills have announced a tour of North America, kicking off on June 11.

The band, which also features Dean Fertita and Jack Lawrence, recently performed their very first public show at Bowery Ballroom in New York and will perform the significantly larger Terminal 5 on July 16.

As previously reported on NME.COM, Jack White revealed that he and Meg White have already recorded two tracks for the next White Stripes album, which he says could be released next year.

White says that the pair will head to the studio following his touring commitments with The Dead Weather this summer.

The Dead Weather’s debut album ‘Horehound’ is set to be released on July 14 in North America, and a day earlier in Europe.
