Mumford and Sons guest star on Simone Felice’s debut solo album

The former Felice Brothers man works with Ben Lovett on 'Simone Felice'

Simone Felice is set to release his self-titled solo debut on April 2, 2012.

The former member of The Felice Brothers and founder of The Duke & The King, self-produced the album alongside Ben Lovett of Mumford and Sons.

Members of Mumford and Sons also guest star on the album’s lead single ‘You & I Belong’ and The Felice Brothers and a girls’ choir from the Catskill Mountains appear on ‘Hey Bobby Ray’.

The album was recorded in a number of different locations, including a barn near Felice’s woodland home, an old church in London and disused high school next to the Hudson River in the state of New York. Album track ‘New York Times’ is available now for free download. Scroll down to listen.

Simone Felice will play a one-off UK show to support the release of the album on April 27 at London’s Bush Hall.
