The Fratellis, The Horrors and The Maccabees have all signed up for the 02 NME Rock’n’Roll Riot Tour 2006 – and you can get your tickets here first.
The band will join forces on the dates, which kick off in Leeds on October 10.
Tickets for the tour go on sale exclusively via NME.COM from 9am today (August 22).
For availability go to NME.COM/Gigs.
“It’s going to be cool! I’m like the cat that got the cream, with a big smile on my face,” declared The Fratellis’ frontman Jon Fratelli.
The singer was confident the jaunt will easily live up to its name, whatever the bands do.
“People seem to kill each other at our gigs, I don’t know why,” he explained “There was a riot at one of our gigs, but I’m not sure we had anything to do with it! I’m quite scared by it, most of the time. You play hard and fast and we bringing the fighting spirit out in people.”
