The Hold Steady have said British festivals are better than American ones.

Speaking exclusively to NME.COM just before taking to the stage for their V Festival set at Staffordshire, vocalist Craig Finn praised British events.

“They’re muddier here, but I think they’re more fun,” he said. “I think it’s more different, more fun and generally bigger in scope.”
