The Killers’ Brandon Flowers talks second solo album

The singer says he could see a solo LP 'happening again'

The Killers‘ frontman Brandon Flowers has discussed the possibility of releasing another solo album, the follow-up to 2010’s ‘Flamingo’.

Flowers told Fasterlouder that he hasn’t ruled out making another one-man record. He said:

I don’t know, I don’t rule anything out. I loved doing my solo record, I loved touring it and singing those songs. I could see that happening again for sure.

Meanwhile, The Killers are set to headline a host of festivals this summer, including T In The Park and Isle of Wight Festival as well as FIB Benicassim in Spain. The band will also play their biggest UK headline gig to date when they hit Wembley Stadium on June 22.

At the end of last year, The Killers unveiled the Tim Burton directed video for ‘Here With Me’, which starred actress Winona Ryder and Submarine actor Craig Roberts.

The single was taken from the band’s latest album, ‘Battle Born’. Scroll down to watch the video, which was shot in Blackpool.

Around the same time as the video was released, The Killers were forced to cancel a number of dates on their North American tour after Brandon Flowers’ laryngitis returned.

Initially, the band were forced to cancel their gig in Manchester in 2012 when Flowers began suffering issues with his throat.
