The National added to Open’er Festival line-up

Palma Violets and Savages also join the line-up

The National have been added to the bill at this year’s Open’er Festival.

The US group, who recently released their new studio album ‘Trouble Will Find Me’, will play the main stage at the Polish festival on July 5 on the same day as fellow new additions Palma Violets. Savages are also new on the bill and will perform on July 3. The three new acts join Alt-J , Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Editors, Modest Mouse, Disclosure, Tame Impala and Animal Collective who have already been announced.

The festival, which takes place between July 3-6, will be headlined by Arctic Monkeys, Kings Of Leon, Blur and Queens Of The Stone Age. Rihanna will perform a bonus gig for people who have four-day festival tickets on July 7.
