The National have announced details of a new album and US tour.
Called ‘High Violet’, the follow-up to 2007’s ‘Boxer’ will be released in the UK on May 10 and everywhere else on May 11.
Meanwhile, the Brooklyn group are set to play a series of shows and festivals, before embarking on a tour of North America.
Including appearances at Big Ears Festival and Bonnaroo, the band will also play two nights in London, before beginning the American tour in Los Angeles on May 21.
