The Raveonettes ready new album

The Danish duo also announce select US festival dates

The Raveonettes have announced that they are hard at work writing new material for their fourth full-length album, which they intend to release this autumn.

The Danish duo plan to return to Denmark to lay down tracks for the follow-up to 2007’s ‘Lust Lust Lust’ next month.

Meanwhile, the band will perform at a handful of US festivals this summer and fall, including at Chicago’s Lollapalooza, New York’s Siren Festival and Austin City Limits. Their October appearance at ACL will kick off a headlining tour in support of the new album. Dates of the fall tour are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

The band will play the following festival dates:

New York, NY Siren Festival (June 18)
Chicago, IL Lollapalooza (July 9)
Austin, TX Austin City Limits (October 2-4)
