'Domestic incident' took place in Surrey earlier this month
The Rolling Stones‘ Ronnie Wood has been cautioned by police for common assault following an incident that occurred in Surrey earlier this month.
Passers-by are reported to have alerted police after Wood and his on-off girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova were seen arguing on Claygate High Street on December 2, reports BBC News.
He was later arrested and then bailed by police, who confirmed they were investigating a “domestic incident”.
Since Wood‘s arrest, Ivanova has indicated that her relationship with the guitarist is now over.
Wood divorced his wife of 24 years, Jo, in November.
