The Manchester band released their first new music in over two decades on Thursday, unveiling their new track ‘All For One’.
Ant & Dec took to Twitter to write: “OMG! That new @stoneroses song. Love it!!” Gary Neville, meanwhile, uploaded a photo of his daughters dressed up as lemons, in reference to the band’s artwork.

David Beckham prepared for the new Stone Roses track by uploading a photo of himself wearing the band’s t-shirt. His caption read: “Anyone else excited about The Roses release tonight ?? Cannot wait”.
Rumours about The Stone Roses returning with new music have circulated for years, with the band first reforming for a series of gigs in 2012.
News that the band were holed up in London and working on their third studio album was confirmed by NME earlier this year.
Recent tabloid reports claimed that the group’s third album would arrive this summer to coincide with their upcoming live dates, which include four headline shows at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium.
In addition to their Manchester headline shows, The Stone Roses have gigs lined up in Dublin, New York and Japan, as well as a headline slot at T In The Park.
