THE WATERBOYS have announced details of a rare UK tour for October.
The tour coincides with the release of Mike Scott‘s first Waterboys album for seven years, ‘A Rock In the Weary Land’, which features a new line-up, and is released on September 18 through RCA.
The tour calls at: Cambridge Corn Exchange (October 15) Nottingham Rock City (16) Wolverhampton Civic Hall (17) Liverpool L2 (19) York Barbican (20) Aberdeen Music Hall (22) Glasgow Barrowlands (23) Newcastle University (24) Sheffield Octagon (26) Manchester Academy (27) London Astoria (29-30)
Tickets for the tour are on general sale from 9am August 1.
In addition to the album and tour, the band also release a brand new single, ‘Is She Conscious?’ on September 4, also through RCA.
