Albums and singles released in the UK today

Editors return with new album ‘In This Light & On This Evening’ today (October 12).

The band are up against other new album releases from The Flaming Lips (‘Embryonic’), New Order singer Bernard Sumner‘s new band Bad Lieutenant (‘Never Cry Another Tear’) and Amy Winehouse‘s goddaughter Dionne Bromfield (‘Introducing Dionne Bromfield’). Bob Dylan also releases his seasonal covers album ‘Christmas In The Heart’ this week.

In the singles world, Robbie Williams makes his return with new song ‘Bodies’, which comes out alongside the likes of Alexandra Burke‘s ‘Bad Boys’, Wolfmother‘s ‘New Moon Rising’ and Ash‘s ‘True Love 1980’.
