Thurston Moore streams new album ‘The Best Day’ – listen

The album will be released on October 20

Thurston Moore has made his new album ‘The Best Day’ available to stream.

The record, which is officially released next Monday (October 20) through Matador, can be heard in full at NPR.

‘The Best Day’ is Moore’s fourth solo album following 2011’s ‘Demolished Thoughts’ and was recorded alongside a backing band comprising Sonic Youth drummer Steve Shelley, My Bloody Valentine bassist Debbie Googe and Chrome Hoof guitarist James Sedwards.
