Tony Christie confirms himself for Glastonbury

The old-timer will play this year's festival

Tony Christie is the latest musician to confirm himself as playing this year’s Glastonbury.

The singer, 65, announced he is to play the Somerset festival in a post on his website.

He will play the Pyramid Stage.


Other confirmed acts playing Glastonbury this year include Blur, Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, Franz Ferdinand and Fleet Foxes.

Glastonbury takes place from June 24-28.
