The show was delayed by an hour, but 200 fans braved the rain...
TURIN BRAKES performed a special gig on the roof of THE ORANGE SHOP in WEST LONDON this morning (October 23).
The duo, celebrating the release of their new single, ‘Emergency 72’, mirrored The Beatles gig on the Apple roof in the 60s, by playing three songs, ‘Underdog (Save Me)’, ‘The Door’ and ‘Emergency 72’ to 200 fans and onlookers.
Olly Knights from Turin Brakes said: “As a band, we are very much looking forward to ascending great heights and publicly overcoming our tremendous fear of vertigo.”
The gig, due to start at 11am on the roof of The Orange Shop in the Kings Road, was delayed by an hour due to intermittent downpours and rumours of technical hitches.
