The rapper’s third studio album, ‘Cherry Bomb’, was released in April. It followed ‘Wolf’ (2013), ‘Goblin’ (2011) and 2009 mixtape ‘Bastard’.

Tyler recently suggested that Odd Future have parted ways. The group formed in Los Angeles in 2007 before rising in popularity during 2010. As well as Tyler serving as defacto leader, the collective also consisted of rappers, artists and producers such as Frank Ocean, Earl Sweatshirt, Hodgy Beats, Domo Genesis, Left Brain, Syd Tha Kid and more.

Taking to Twitter in May 27, Tyler posted a series of old photographs involving his Odd Future bandmates and wrote: “damn going threw the old golf wang photos shit. i miss my friends alot. 5 years later isnt that long but wow soooo much has happened”.

The rapper added: “although its no more, those 7 letters are forever.” The seven letters appeared to refer to OFWGKTA, the initials of the group’s elongated name Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All.

However, Tyler later distanced himself from his previous comments, despite Earl Sweatshirt stating that the rapper had been “solidifying the obvious”.
