The band are forced to ditch the "secret" show due to "scheduling conflicts"...

U2’s gig at LOS ANGELES HOUSE OF BLUES has been cancelled due to “scheduling conflicts”.

The show was originally slated to take place on December 1, but according to reports this morning (November 22), they will not now perform the west coast gig.

The band already announced that they are to play a free gig for 1,000 fans at New York Irving Plaza on December 5 in conjunction with K-Rock radio station, who are giving away free tickets.

According to US concert promoters House of Blues, the New York show was initially scheduled to take place on December 2.

The band are currently in Rio De Janeiro in Brazil, to record a brief live performance live for Brazilian TV show Fantastico, to be broadcast this Sunday (November 26). They will play two or three songs at a secret location.
