Ali Campbell to play first show since UB40 feud

Birmingham band members pick up pieces after split

Ali Campbell is set to play his first show since leaving UB40.

The former front-man quit the Birmingham band in muddled circumstances at the beginning of 2008.

Ali Campbell claimed he was pushed out by the band’s management, while UB40 disputed this, saying he left to start a solo career.

Campbell will launch his post-UB40 career with a one-off show on April 3 at the Royal Alert Hall in London.
