First outing with New Order followed by gigs in March...

Underworld will preview some of their new material when they play two dates with NEW ORDER at Manchester NYNEX Arena (December 29) and London’s Alexandra Palace (31).

They have also announced their first major UK tour for two years. The band hit the road in March next year to promote their upcoming album ‘Beaucoup Fish’, released on March 1 through JBO.

The tour will call at Nottingham Rock City (March 2), Newcastle Northumberland University (3), Glasgow Barrowlands (4), Manchester Apollo (5), Cardiff University (6), London WC2 Astoria (9, 10 & 11), Norwich UEA (12) and Portsmouth Guildhall (13).

Support bands and DJs are yet to be confirmed. Underworld also have made a promo double 12″ which is being played by a few select DJs. It features new album track ‘King Of Snake’ plus remixes by DAVE CLARKE and DAVE ANGEL. The first official single to be released from ‘Beaucoup Fish’ is ‘Push Upstairs’, due out on March 15.
