One site should be dry, but one may be wet…
The V Festival is set to kick off on Saturday (August 16) in Chelmsford and Staffordshire – and weather prediction service Metcheck has given its verdict on what the weather conditions will be like.
The service is predicting that the Chelmsford site will remain largely dry through the course of the weekend, although it will be cloudy throughout the weekend.
Significant showers are not expected to fall until past 10pm (BST) on Sunday night (August 17) on the Chelmsford site, with temperatures set to peak at 20 degrees Celsius on both days of the bash.
Things are set to be a bit wetter on the Staffordshire site, however. Rain is predicted to fall from 10am and continue into the evening, with temperatures peaking at 13 degrees Celsius.
On Sunday rain is expected at around 10am, but things should clear up by lunchtime, with no more rain predicted to fall for the rest of the Sunday.
The second day of the bash in Staffordshire should be warmer than the first, with temperatures predicted to peak at 18 degrees Celsius.
