Lily Allen, Ellie Goulding, Lorde, Sky Ferreira, Tim Burgess pay tribute
Peaches Geldof, the daughter of Boomtown Rats frontman Bob Geldof and late TV presenter Paula Yates, died earlier today (April 7) at the age of 25. Police were called to an address near Wrotham, Kent following a report of concern for the welfare of a woman and Geldof was later pronounced dead by South East Coast Ambulance Service.
Lily Allen wrote “rest in peace gorgeous girl” on Twitter:

News of Geldof’s death was confirmed shortly after 6pm today (April 7) by BBC News. Mother to Astala Geldof–Cohen (aged one) and Phaedra Geldof-Cohen (11 months old), Geldof was a noted socialite and began her media career writing a column for Elle Girl magazine at 15. She later presented her own show on ITV2, OMG! with Peaches Geldof.
