X Factor winners' cover of 'Cannonball' claims biggest first week single sales of 2011
X Factor winners Little Mix have gone straight to the Number One spot in the Official UK Singles Chart with their debut release ‘Cannonball’.

In the Official UK Albums Chart, meanwhile, crooner Michael Bublé claimed the top spot with his festive LP ‘Christmas’. His sales figures of over 269,000 are the biggest of any album released this year.
Coldplay, meanwhile, saw their week-by-week sales for ‘Mylo Xyloto’ increase by 113%, while Westlife‘s ‘Greatest Hits’ collection moved from its position of Number 11 next week to take the Number Nine spot. There were no new entries in this week’s Top 10.
