Seth Rogen and Amy Schumer star in Budweiser's Super Bowl 50 ad

US comedians Amy Schumer and Seth Rogen are starring in Budweiser’s Super Bowl 50 advert it was recently revealed.

In the video – which has also been timed at the start of the US presidential race – Seth and Amy are campaigning across the country to promote Bud Light as The ‘Bud Light Party’ – something that “everyone can agree on”.

“My fellow Americans,” Schumer says. “They say we’re a nation divided. They say we disagree on everything.” Rogen chimes in to say “that’s not true, and that we actually agree on a lot. Like Paul Rudd — everybody loves Paul Rudd!”.

The ad is a political spoof, with the comedians out on the campaign trail, it’s debut at Super Bowl 50 on Sunday (February 7) kicks off a new advertising campaign for the beer beverage brand.

The rapper makes a cameo at the end of the advert, barbecuing with the first president of the US George Washington as actor Jeff Goldblum plays a grand piano in the sky.

Wayne tweeted about the ad spot on Monday (February 1), writing “Still Got Luv 4 You George”, The Fader reports.

Yesterday (February 2) it was reported that Drake will return to his ‘Hotline Bling’ video in a new advert for T-Mobile, due to air during the NFL game this coming weekend.

In the advert, Drake is seen re-enacting his ‘Hotline Bling’ video while a group of executives start to intervene. “When you say ‘Call me on my cellphone,’ just add, ‘Device eligible for upgrade after 24 months,'” one exec urges in the comedic video.
