Factory Records supremo is 'very annoyed'...

Ex-FACTORY RECORDS boss TONY WILSON has been declared bankrupt, but is claiming it is all a mistake.

Wilson, whose Factory label launched Happy Mondays and [url=]New Order, is due in court in at the end of the week in an attempt to get the judgement overturned.

He told the Manchester Evening News: “It’s all been one big clerical cock-up and I’m going back to court to have it annulled. I’m very annoyed by the whole situation and I don’t know what the Inland Revenue has been up to. I’m actually in the most solvent financial position I’ve been in for years right now.”
