The rapper could face the death penalty if charged and found guilty of first degree murder...
Further details have emerged over the arrest of rapper C-MURDER, younger brother of NO LIMITS label boss MASTER P, accused by police of fatally shooting a man at a nightclub near NEW ORLEANS.
It has emerged that the victim was Steve Thomas, a 16-year-old shot following an argument at the Platinum Club in Harvey, Louisiana, Associated Press reports.
C-Murder, real name Corey Miller, has not yet been charged. Prosecutors will decide what charges he should face, police have said.
As many as 300 people were inside the club when Miller, who was out on bail on an attempted murder charge in Baton Rouge, pulled out a handgun and killed Thomas with a single gunshot, police said.
There was no indication that Thomas had pulled out a weapon, and the reason for the argument was unknown, authorities added.
Miller, is being held at the Jefferson Correctional Facility in Gretna, Louisiana. If charged and found guilty of first degree murder he could face the death penalty.
