Intel Security unveil list of search terms most likely to lead to websites containing computer viruses
A new study has uncovered the most dangerous celebrities to search online, showing the results that are most likely to attract websites that contain computer viruses.
Intel Security has unveiled its list for 2015, with musicians dominating the Top 10. This year, Dutch trance DJ Armin van Buuren has taken over from Jimmy Kimmel at the top spot. Users have a 17.92 per cent risk of landing on a dubious website while searching his name.
Meanwhile, country singer Luke Bryan, Usher, Britney Spears and Jay Z also pose considerable risks, while the likes of Katy Perry and Lorde feature elsewhere in the Top 10.
Other musicians that occupy the Top 20 include Justin Bieber (Number 11), Rihanna (12), Kanye West (16) and Miley Cyrus (joint 19).
