Welsh band to play series of UK live dates later in September

Welsh band Pretty Vicious have unveiled a clip for their new single ‘National Plastics’.

The Merthyr Tydfil group recently performed at Reading And Leeds festivals after headlining the BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury Festival earlier in the summer.

They’ve now shared their first-ever music video. The clip showcases the band’s energetic live show, filmed during a show in Cardiff.

Watch the video below.

The band will also play a series of UK tour dates later in September, appearing in Bristol, London, Leeds, Glasgow and Manchester. See the dates in full below.

Pretty Vicious play the following dates:

Bristol, Exchange (September 24)
London, Tufnell Park Dome (25)
Leeds, Wardrobe (27)
Glasgow, King Tuts (29)
Manchester, Deaf Institute (30)

Pretty Vicious recently featured in NME‘s 50 Brand New Artists Set To Storm 2015 list.

We wrote, “Merthyr teens Pretty Vicious channel ’94-era Oasis attitude, but twin it with a mainstream production sound that’s getting a lot of major labels very excited indeed. They’ve only got one track online, ‘Cave Song’, which sounds a little like Jake Bugg fronting Arctic Monkeys.”
