Mason Ramsey makes it big
The viral star known as the ‘Yodelling Kid’ played a show thrown by Walmart last night (April 11).
Mason Ramsey, from Golconda, Illinois, became a viral sensation last week after a video emerged of the youngster singing in his local Walmart store.
The clip spawned countless memes, as well as videos that saw people putting their own unique spin on Ramsey’s unique talents.
After making his US TV debut yesterday on the Ellen Show, Walmart livestreamed a set from Mason ‘The Little Yodeler’ Ramsey at one of its stores in Harrisburg, Illinois.
During his set, Ramsey covered the likes of Hank Williams and talked about his dream of working with Blake Shelton.

After his performance on Ellen this week, the host then surprised Mason by giving him the chance to perform at the Grand Ole Opry, a weekly US country concert that has been broadcast since 1925.
Walmart also agreed to pay $15,000 towards his college costs in future.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Mason is directly responsible for a massive rise in Hank Williams’ Spotify streams – with ‘Lovesick Blues’ rising by 2452% globally on Spotify.
The song is climbing up Spotify’s Global Viral 50 chart – despite being released nearly 70 years ago.
