The pop star shared a video of her singing the Minnie Ripperton classic on Instagram
Ariana Grande has shared a video of her performing a sweet, stripped-back cover of ‘Lovin’ You’.
The singer posted the clip, which was shot in black-and-white and showed her kneeling on the floor in front of a group of dancers, on her Instagram page yesterday (February 23).
“Paused red [rehearsal] to do this lullaby I promised u,” she wrote in the caption. “Well, ‘let’s start should we?” She is heard saying at the start of the video, before giggling her way through the opening lines. Watch the cover below.
Grande is currently rehearsing for her upcoming world tour, which kicks off in Albany on March 18. The tour will arrive in the UK in August. See Grande’s full UK and Ireland tour dates below.

Meanwhile, the singer sparked a backlash last week when it was revealed that she had talked to Piers Morgan in person after he bodyshamed Little Mix.
Grande defended herself against the criticism, saying she had “bumped into” the Good Morning Britain host and had decided to have a conversation with him. “turns out face to face discussions are a bit kinder and gentler, even if you do indeed disagree,” she tweeted, before confirming she hadn’t changed Morgan’s views.
