Watch BLACKPINK’s powerful, cinematic video for new track ‘Kill This Love’

The Korean girl group will release their new mini-album tomorrow

BLACKPINK have shared their new track ‘Kill This Love’, ahead of the release of their new mini-album of the same name.

The Korean girl group began teasing the new release a week ago, with a series of posters and short clips shared online since. The teaser for the music video reached number three on the YouTube Trending chart.

The clip sees the band in various scenarios, including singer Rosé tearfully driving a car towards another version of herself and rapper Lisa riding a shopping trolley round a room full of brightly coloured cereal boxes. You can watch the video below now:


The full ‘Kill This Love’ mini-album will be released tomorrow (April 5) and features three further new songs, plus a remix of last year’s single ‘Ddu-du Ddu-du’.

Next weekend (April 12), BLACKPINK will make history when they become the first all-female Korean group to perform at Coachella.

In May, the four-piece will make their UK debut as they bring their ‘In Your Area’ world tour to Manchester and London. The group’s UK dates are as follows:

Last week (March 28), BLACKPINK’s Jennie performed at Pharrell Williams’ Chanel capsule collection launch in Seoul. The rapper performed versions of her own track ‘Solo’ as well as a cover of Frankie Valli’s ‘Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You’.
