Watch Christine & The Queens kick off UK tour with sold out Bournemouth show

Here's Chris...

Christine & The Queens began her UK tour last night with a sold-out show in Bournemouth. Check out footage, photos and the setlist below.

Touring in support of acclaimed second album Chris, the Bournemouth International Centre show saw Héloïse Letissier showcasing the distinctive choreography that has defined her recent performances, flanked by a bevvy of backing dancers throughout.

After kicking off with the inspired funk of ‘Comme Si’, the French star went straight into ‘Girlfriend’, the first track released from her second record. As the show went on, Letissier see-sawed between her two records – mixing songs from both into the setlist.

After eventually closing with ‘The Walker’, Letissier later returned for an encore that saw her performing ‘Saint Claude’, before a final performance of the house-infused ‘Intranquilite’ bought the show to an end.
